What’s included?

Tuition and annual fees cover the cost of all the materials and experiences including: supplies for projects, seasonal resources, daily snacks, guest speakers, family events, enrichment activities. Families do not receive a supply list, however. They are responsible to provide their children with the necessary appropriate outdoor gear/equipment.

Daily RHYTHM

The following is a loose schedule for the day. Although there are some core guided practices such as nature journaling, sit spots, storytelling, reading and space for dialectic, the direction of the day is entirely child-led, including snack, hydration and potty breaks. We pay close attention to children's interests and backgrounds and facilitate the path of learning they choose.

    • Free play.

    • Community circle — gather in gratitude and set intentions for the day.

    • Exploration time — daily hike.

    • Free play, games and sing song.

    • Morning snack.

    • Nature art studio, animal husbandry, & gardening.

    • Lunchtime nourishment.

    • Sit spots, nature journaling, & reading.

    • Clean up & gather in community.
