Travis London
Travis London has spent the last 40 years living at Rio Bueno and is a teacher with more than 20 years of experience in public education. He has a B.A. from The Evergreen State College and a Masters in Teaching from Concordia University. He has spent the last 13 years teaching visual art in Spanish in Vancouver Public Schools. Travis is also a devoted mural artist who has created more than 40 large scale murals on two continents. Travis’ love for the natural world is often the central theme of his artwork.
Paola London
Paola London was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. In 2005, Paola fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a teacher. She received her teaching degree from Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación. In 2006 her family relocated to the Pacific Northwest where she has spent the last 20 years working as a Spanish teacher in both public and private schools. Paola has had experience working with children of all ages- from kindergarten to high school. Paola is a firm believer that nature is our first and foremost important teacher.
Most recently, Paola and Travis attended the Coyote Mentoring class at the Nature Awareness School, which helped them form the foundation for their forest school.
